This page is provided for California residents exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and for residents of other states with applicable privacy laws including Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and Nevada.
California residents have the right to direct a business to not sell or share their personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, "selling" includes any exchange of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and "sharing" includes disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we ever use analytics or advertising services that rely on cookies and tracking technologies in a way that may qualify as "sharing" under California law, the opt-out mechanisms below apply.
To opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes, email us directly. We will process your request within 15 business days.
Or email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information Request."
We may collect the following categories of personal information through our website: identifiers (name, email address, IP address, cookie identifiers, device IDs); internet or electronic network activity (pages viewed, links clicked, session duration, referring URLs); geolocation data (general location inferred from IP address at city/state level); and inferences drawn from the above. We use this information to operate and improve our website, analyze traffic and user behavior, respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
If we use third-party services such as analytics platforms or social media platforms, those services may set their own cookies and collect data subject to their own privacy policies. You can opt out directly: Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info; and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the GPC signal. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid Do Not Sell or Share request for your browser session. You can enable GPC through supported browsers or browser extensions.
As a California resident, you also have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, to limit use of sensitive information, to non-discrimination for exercising your rights, and to data portability. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling and to appeal a denied request.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your full name, email address, the right you wish to exercise, and sufficient information to verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days (with a possible 45-day extension) as required by law. California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf; we may require proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
Many sharing activities occur through browser cookies. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view and delete cookies already set, block cookies from specific sites, block third-party cookies entirely, or clear cookies when closing your browser. Note that disabling cookies may impact website functionality.
